Owned and operated by Steve Sebrell, who has more than 20 years experience in the construction industry – primarily in residential construction and remodeling with additional commercial experience.

Steve relocated to Charlotte, in 2006, to focus on developing DPS Construction into a more full-service residential remodeling and construction company. During his time in Charlotte, Steve has leveraged his knowledge and skills, in all areas of construction and expanded DPS’ services to include Additions & Basements, Interior Trim & Details, Kitchens & Bathrooms, Outdoor Living spaces, Exterior Trim & Siding and other custom carpentry related projects.

Steve is interested in and committed to the environment. He has been pursuing additional education in Sustainable Technology and Materials. His interest is particularly relevant in the residential construction arena – where material and product selection can be both environmentally responsible and fiscally savvy.

DPS Construction has an A rating from the Better Business Bureau of Charlotte and is recognized and accredited as a quality organization. DPS Construction is also a member of Sustain Charlotte and the Home Builders Association of North Carolina.
